What's your cancellation policy?
Your appointment is very important to us and we set aside time just for you. With that in mind, should you need to reschedule your appointment we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any change to a single reservation and 72 hours notice for appointments that include multiple services. This ensures that we will be able to accommodate clients from our waiting list and that our estheticians are able to adjust their schedules accordingly. We understand circumstances arise that do not allow for 24-hours notice, just give us a call to notify us of this. If you do not show or cancel without any notice, we reserve the right to charge payment in full at our discretion or hold payment for future reservations. Thank you for understanding as our goal is to provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
